Some brief notes follow, thanks also to Anon.
* use of crystal technology * shoggoths (a slave-race) * Melnibonean Mythos (add: Poseidon and Belial) * use of elementals (eg. fire elementals for healing) * higher incidence of psionics (Atlantaen characters can make 2 rolls for psionics) * a spellbook can be written into a crystal, which is then commonly worn as an amulet

Thanks for the input! I hope that Sandy Petersen's HPL supplement for PF gets released: the Cthulhu Mythos exists on Aerth. With regards to Atlantis, the shoggoths are a slave race in one of the realms (check the map, and keep in mind that Atlantis is just one of many realms). As to placing your ideas, I will place them in one of the realms surrounding Atlantis (Alzorax, Cholcan, Colzuvan, Xalissa, and/or Zulvan).
Properly, the name of the island is Atlantl, and, Atlantis is just one of the realms, there. However, the two terms can be caused interchangeably.
With regards to the pantheon of Atlantl, at present, I'm toying with the idea of the Melnibonean pantheon, with Poseidon being above all the gods, and, Belial below.

tmao: I spent the last 2 hours finishing off all of the Realms of Atlantis, for your reference. The links to the realms are in the OP, below the map. Enjoy!

The Climate is sub-tropical.
Include the standard MM undead on the encounter tables, as well as monsters from the Melnibonean chapter of the DDG.

Eyes of the deep are found in the Colucan Sea. Note that the Undersea topography here corresponds to that which would be found around the Azores Islands on Earth. Simply, the ocean becomes very deep around here. Largely unexplored, the abyssal depths of the Colucan Sea likely hold wonders and horrors unlike any other to be found in the seas of Aerth.

The Arcanum is a fantasy role-playing game (RPG) originally published by Bard Games,[1] set in the ancient world before Atlantis sunk.
