So, if you are running a 1E campaign/game/world/adventure/orgy(whatever), I recommend the following.
For Greater Gods, boots all class levels up by 15; kings/queens/rulers of a pantheon, by 20 Lesser Gods, up by 12 Demi-gods, up by 9. If it states anywhere, "Fights as 16+HD creature", raise that to 26+ as shown in Isle of the Ape (p.47)
Raise all AC as follows:
GG 9 better LG 7 better DG 5 better
Increase all damage done exponentially as:
GG x10 LG x8 DG x5
Feel free to continue along these suggested lines of thought.

If it states anywhere, "Fights as 16+HD creature", raise that to 26+ as shown in Isle of the Ape (p.47) . I'm very interested in this reference, as I sadly no longer have a copy of WG6 here. .... Broadly, though, Manual of the Planes does a lot to increase the power of the deities. They are virtually undefeatable, especially with their teleport without error ability. That said, I kind of like the idea of deities that can be fought and killed. In 1E though, it is not a very likely feat! Godkiller, Prespos
