Part of my duty as Admin is to be on the look-out for Hate speech. I am Canadian, but I am guessing that it is American Hate speech law that Proboards refers to. Can anyone answer this? Here's the article for Canadian Hate speech law. A key concept here is genocide (see the section on the Criminal Code). en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hate_speech_laws_in_Canada#The_Criminal_Code Personally, I try to adhere to a more stringent code, bassically: Do not encourage violence or killing towards a group of people, or, an individual. Now, the paradox/irony is that most of the Hate speech that has been posted here comes from Admin (me). Statistically, beyond very rare, but it can happen. When I see that shit, then I delete it. I'll close with saying that Presposia has NEVER got in trouble over written content. Sigh... as always, it is when someone posts boobs. We live in a world of titless cyberbots and/or reptilian aliens from outer space. No worries, there are still no bans, here. Admin Ps. If you are getting anal probed by reptilian lizard aliens from outer space, phone 911.

apparently, this is a thing, in Mongolia: strange times, always the desire to preserve a genetic identity is, perhaps biologically quite normal, and not necessarily evil. I certainly do not look upon native american nations as evil ethnic nationalists "It's complicated" I have lust , for the other "races" natural impulse is the Law:

Thanks for not posting any nipples!
Anyway, sad to see that some out there still idolize the Third Reich, one of the most evil regimes in recent history.
No scotch, thank you: just cheap French Resistance brandy, please.

I am Canadian, but I am guessing that it is American Hate speech law that Proboards refers to. Can anyone answer this? There are no European-styled "hate speech" laws* in the States, as that would be counter to the Constitution. The major exception to this is "anti-discrimination" laws and grossly dated obscenity laws. The former was established in the Civil Rights movement of the 1960s. Basically, it a law that paved the way for racial integration and allowed individuals to sue over discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, or ethnic origin. (There are no shortage of assholes who think this law is horrible, but they are essentially bitching about not being able to casually act as assholes in a way that adversely effects others at a professional setting.) The latter is seldom enforced in the streets (its technically illegal to cuss around women & children in most places), save for indecent exposure (although, the "topfree movement" is making a lot of strides on this front) and broadcast stations getting (heavily) fined over complaints of obscene content. As for what ProBoards refers to, that is more of a cookie-cutter OGL-styled "disclaimer of what is and want is not allowed on our website" you'll find an most sites that is not part of any government mandate, but is shaped by the Digital Millennium Copyright act of 1996. Basically, due to the "safe harbor" provision, there carbon-copy disclaimer is only there to cover there own asses over any clam that the service-providers (in this case, ProBoards) are enabling illegal activities like stalking, drug-dealing, child-porn, and the like. Unfortunately, they are often taken to an obnoxious extreme with regards to the trivial things, like posting titties and those ranty little posts you do that get you booted form most forums. So, in a nutshell: ProBoard's policy with regards to hate-speech and obscenity is purely "free market" that comes off as as a government mandate in it uniformity. *e.g. getting fined for making antisemitic statements in public or the press; nor do we have religious liable laws.

I don't mind some woman going topless, especially if some man can do it.
I don't think they should walk around with no pants or shoes, though.
