In AD&D terms, I'm thinking of giving Aerth characters:
* 1d6 bonus skills * 1d4 bonus feats
For both of the above, roll the die twice, and, take the lower of the 2 rolls.
The reason for this is to reflect the tone && spirit of the MYTHUS game, where each Vocation (class) begins the game with a large array of K/S (knowledge/skill) areas.
What do you think of this idea?
Prespos
Ps. For those who balk at the concept of the inclusion of feats into an AD&D game, the reason, for Aerth, is that there are regional feats which can give a character a lot of character, so to speak. Especially for those characters from the Celtic/Mesopotamian/Egyptian/Greek realms. Feats are not all about power...

I think put that way (see bold) it is a great idea. Curious what types of "feats" you were going to have.

Hey Black Forest, I'm sorry but I didn't do any more with this. Currently, I am over in Oerth (The World of Greyhawk), preparing for this year's T1-4 campaign. But at a certain point, I'd Love to return to Aerth. Every once in a while, I am adding to an .html version of Aerth. When uploaded, I will let you know!
