There is a place called Melee Island, somewhere in the Karribean. It is known to be a stop-off point for pirates, though there are no permanent settlements on the island. There are rumors of a mysterious teacher, a weapon master, who lives on the island. (Thanks: subaltari, kingofthefreepass)
