kjatoragfoot: You definitely need to include Kale for Saxony: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kalekjatoragfoot: "A whole culture around kale has developed in northern Germany, especially around the towns of Bremen, Oldenburg, Osnabrück and Hannover and the region of Dithmarschen. There, most social clubs of any kind will have a Grünkohlessen or Kohlfahrt ("kale tour") sometime between October and February, visiting a country inn to consume kale stew, pinkel sausage, kassler, mettwurst and schnapps. Most communities in the area have a yearly kale festival which includes naming a "kale king" (or queen)." (from Wikipedia)

There is a great festival that takes place in June, in Hamburg. However, this is the source of quite some confusion, as there are 2 cities named Hamburg: * 1 in Saxony * 1 in Thuringia
This results in all manner of lost pilgrims, on some occasions. On some years, the festival is in Hamburg in Saxony, on others, in Hamburg in Thuringia, with the hosting of the next year's festival being decided by games. There is much feasting, drinking, && gaming at these festivals, with many prizes to be won. The festivals are quasi-religious in nature (moreso in Thuringia, which is a theocracy), but the central focus is actually games of all sorts, with events such as jousting and archery being a big draw, as well.
Note that a citizen of Hamburg is known as a Hamburger, and, that there is a little-known (ie. secret) gate between these 2 cities.

The most popular street food in Saxony is the doner kebab, introduced by half-ettin traders from somewhere around Middle or Near Azir. It is quite delicious, and portable, too. Cost = 5 copper cartwheels. Some say that the 1/2 ettin merchants were Yarban. Some say that they were Phrygian. Some say that they were Byzantians. Some say that they were Ionians. I would guess Byzantians, but does anyone know the answer to this? Prespos (Thanks: @ettin, atherton) Ps. We have it on the good authority of a Muavinuapan immigrant from Magmur that the doner kebab is indeed of Byzantian origin.

Sure, no problemo. On Aerth, there are two Hamburgs, actually cities that go by the name of Hamburger. One is in Sexony, and, the other is in Thoringia. Sorry to disappoint you, man, but there is no Burger King on Aerth (Yet), though there are two Burgers (Mayors), that rule both of the twin cities of Hamburger. I'd imagine both of them to look like Rob Ford. Sorry for the Hamburger porn, but, Yes, Hamburgers do exist on Aerth. Hamburger, city of Sexony. Hamburger, city of Thoringia. Prespos Ps. Sorry for the Hamburger porn... and, Yes, you are welcome to stop by for a visit, @dragsonspipe!

Saxony tends to suffer severe storms during the autumn. Roll twice for weather, and, if a "storm" result comes up, that result takes precedence.

Note that there is a gate between the Eiffel Tower in Paris, and, the Eifel Mountains.

Cavemen, primarily found in the Inner Aerth, are found in a hidden valley in the Eifel Mountains.
