D&D Giants that is. Stone, Frost, Storm and what have you. Any ideas on stats and points costs?

Them's some nice models Chris. I'd assume hills are standard...I don't know enough about higher level ones to translate them though

Now your standard 3e Giant is kind of Hill Gianty. So I'll take this as a base line and work upwards for numbers and points. This is a first draft so feel free to chip in. M: 6 WS: 5 BS: 2 (but can use the 2nd level Battle Magic spell Lightning Bolt 3/day) S: 9 T: 8 W: 9 I: 3 A: Special (see WHFB pp234-236 for various brutal physical attacks) Ld: 9 (+2) Int: 8 Cl: 10 WP: 9 Points: 500

Don't forget ALL giants are alcoholics!

I tend to see a lot of old-school Hill Giants in art and miniatures looking like drunken Abraham Lincolns. As a result, I call them "H.D.G.L.s", or "Hard-Drinkin' Giant Lincolns".
My giants are way too small for any standard Warhammer game, save for Epic, but I'll share this one with you guys anyways.

To make D&D-styled Giants (Stone, Frost, Storm, etc.) work in 2e WHFB, one would have to make templates for each Giant type, with each providing roll adjustments for the stats, as well as special rules.
