Though native to Phaeree, goblins are found in Albion (Brython). They do have outposts in the northern and less civilised areas of Albion (Brython), and, it is rumored that at the center of some of these outposts are gates to Phaeree.

The 48 Ceremonial Shires of Albion:
|

The hobbits have 3/48 of the Ceremonial Shires of Albion. A pastoral folk, they tend to get along well with humans overall, though relations have been strained up until the coming of King Chris, due to the recent(historical) Albish tendency towards evil (LE). Note that this tendency is(was) most pronounced among the nobility and the wealthy of Albion, manifesting as oppressive taxation in the countryside, and, exploitative industry in the cities, esp. London. However, it seems that good King chris107 has a chance of setting things aright, though this will be a process of many years. (Time is on his side, as he is Immortal, a quasi-deity of this writing). In any event, Albion has some of the most beautiful countryside on Aerth, if not the most beautiful, and, the hobbit shires are no exception, with the Tallfellow shire being exceptionally beautiful, and, the Stout shire somewhat less so. To note, the 3 shires correspond to the 3 main sub-races of hobbits: * Hairfoot * Stout * Tallfellow Hobbits are known for their love of rambling, a Brythonic pastime of strolling through the countryside. As well, their beer is exceptional, quite possibly the finest to be found in Albion, although the Stout hobbits do indeed make stout.

1 of the 3 hobbit shires of Albion is the shire of the tallfellow hobbits. Elves from Phaeree regularly visit this place, and some have even made their home here!

1 of the 3 hobbit shires of Albion is the shire of the stout hobbits. Dwarves are known to live in this Shire, and, it is here that some of the most important mining in Albion takes place.

In Albion, one of the most reverred alchemists and hermetic mages lives: Isaac Newton. His occult research as based upon Rosicrucian philosophy, exploring chronology, alchemy, and Biblical interpretation. Newton has a long time feud with the Saxon scholar Gottfried Willhelm Leibniz, who rivals his research into the eternal and infinite.
