Session One: Drunken shenanigans at the Devils doorstep
It was a cool evening in October and the Devils Doorstep was jumping. Music filled the air and the crowed was loud as our wayward air pirates just wanted to unwind. And unwind they did Christine "Crash" Kaboom was having a swimming time as Booze is the cure for everything it seems and she was three sheets to the wind. During this time a well known thief named Buford Miller decided he had some information to sell and wanted to keep the lady company, which she really did not mind at all. However our wayward film star Dash Drummond decides Chivalry Ain't Dead and goes to defend the ladies honor, rather she wants him to or not.
Dragging Jacques Jean-Pierre along Dash Drummond confronts Buford Miller who tired to sell Dash some information but is insulted, and Buford who is Built like a bull , and has the same temperament charges Dash, who easily avoids the attack, even in the crowed club. At that time Jelly Roll Simpson summons the bouncers who escort Buford , roughly into the street. However, Christine "Crash" Kaboom still wishes to spend an evening 'letting her hair down" and kinda wants to know what Buford was willing to sell follows him into the street and toward his home.
Jacques Jean-Pierre still wanted to know what Buford was trying to sell and sets off to find them and Dash Drummond was not having Christine "Crash" Kaboom's honor damaged by entertaining that ruffian, rather she wanted it protected or not. In the meantime Jelly Roll Simpson was called to the office of the Devils Doorstep to talk with his daddy Big Daddy Simpson, who always calls Jelly Roll Junior. Big Daddy Simpson, tells Jelly Roll he has a few jobs that needs handled. First he needs to take the "Gallant" and make a delivery of sixty crates of fine booze to a little town outside of Wichita. He also gave him some information on a Zeppelin called the Cloud skipper that would be leaving Wichita for Oklahoma city in six days and would make a rip target for ransom with its many wealthy passengers.
Meanwhile Dash Drummond and Jacques, in a hurry to "save" Christine's "Honor" have beaten her and Buford back to his apartment. Dash Drummond once more tried , very insulting like, to buy Buford's information. This leads to a fight as Buford charges Dash Drummond as Christine slides to the floor complaining and cursing Dash Drummond for ruining her evening. Dash Drummond easily subdues Buford and ties to hold him over the railing. However as the building is Rundown and dilapidated the rail breaks sending Buford and Dash Drummond tumbling to the lobby below. Luckily for Dash Drummond he lands safely on a very unconscious Buford. Riffing though his pockets and with the help of Jacques they uncover some clues to what or at lest where the information might be.
The information seems to point to a warehouse on the "free booter" side of Bolder. It is not hard to find out wish one as it is an area the group was familiar with. The Gang headed back to the "Gallant" to plan. Dash Drummond reached out to his fanclub and made some calls. He found out that the Cloud skipper would be protected by six planes working for Blake Aviation Security. Armed with this information the gang move to one of the "Gallant's" old estate rooms, which had been transformed into a planning room, to plan. Of course the entire thing was filmed by Dash Drummond's film crew. After all the planning would make a great scene!

Session two opens with our Gang,Dash Drummond,Christine "Crash" Kaboom and Jacques Jean-Pierre deciding just what they want to do before they leave for Wichita. Deciding to investigate the information glimmered from Buford's pockets, they head to the edge of town. They find the warehouse just one of many at the very edges of Bolder. Cramped together and busy and so very close to an airship. seems the area is mostly used for cargo and gets heavy traffic from cargo zeppelins, cargo planes and flat beat trucks alike.
Finding the warehouse was easy, however like many, this one had some private muscle used to keep its items very private.Dash Drummond comes up with a "cunning" plan to talk his way past the guards and sends Crash and Jacques around back to find a way in in case his cunning plane somehow fails. He agrees to let them know with a whistle. So Dash Drummond walks up to one of the Guards and tells him he has been sent to pick up some cargo, for which the guard simply asks "Oh yes? where your truck? Dash Drummondit seems had over looked that small flaw in his plane. He makes a lame excuse about the truck not meeting him and makes his way off to find a truck and whistles to the others.
Seeing that the "Cunning" plane had failed Jacques spots a window he thinks they can fit in and gives Crash a boost. After having climbed though the window Crash lays on some crates and reaches down to give Jacques a hand. just as he was trying to climb into the window, one of the guards making his rounds spots him and gives a shout. Deciding its best for just him to be caught Crash lets go of Jacques hand leaving him to fend for himself as she ducks farther inside the warehouse to explore. Left on his own Jacques does a creditable job of not getting beat and makes a hast retreat.
As Jacques tires not to be beat Crash goes exploring and finds an aircraft hidden in the back under a tarp. Delighted and what she had found she rips off the tarp to find herself a De havilland F9 Hornet in the blue and yellow and complete with the Screaming Bulldog logo. From the nose art she knows it was Patrick the Red's. A loud Scottish man with a taste for strong drink Whores and sniffing out very profitable jobs. Oh How Crash hated the man and decided then and there his plane was now her. Now just how to get it out?
Meanwhile Dash Drummond had hunted down a truck to hire as the area had plenty looking for work and he returned with Jacques hiding under a tarp in back. The guard "John" was a bit surprised to say the lest he had returned and with a truck even. Dash Drummond still lacked an invoice but offered "John" $10 not to need one. That changed "John's" whole stance and he asked "Oh you must be form Miller right?" which Dash Drummond said yes to. That not only got the door opened but six crates pointed out to them for delivery. However, Crash had uncovered a plane that should have been covered.
The plane being uncovered leads to the guard Tony seeing Crash. She tries to play it off as if she works for Patrick the Red, which seems to work as she does sound British, being British and all. However a misspoken word from Dash Drummond leads to a conflict, which leaves poor John screaming after being shot in the ass by Crash. Dash Drummond suggests Tony be elsewhere and he screams, taking the screaming John with him. This give out gang a small while to clear a path out of the warehouse so Crash can take the plane and they make off with the six large and heavy crates.
Arriving at the bolder airfield, they have the plane and the crates loaded up fast and leave town as soon as they can. Its something Captain Morgan has grown used to doing. Once in the air they crack upon the crates, which are mocked with cargo stamps of many boarders. Inside lays new, top of the line mining gear. The kind one would use for digging a mine or reopening one. They also have time to think of who "Miller" might be and Dash Drummond, who has had plenty of time to take the lay of Bolder underworld thinks he knows who. In this case it is likely Brandon Miller, a well known cargo smuggler. Miller has a reputation for not caring what the cargo is or where its going and well known for silence.
The next three days went rather smoothly as the Gallant drifted into the Peoples collective all the time pretending to be just an innocent passenger liner. After dropping off the rum in the middle of the night the gang still had three days to kill so Made and appointment with a professor of Geology at the university of Wichita. With film crew in tow, the professor was told that Dash Drummond was making a movie about geology and they grilled him about mining towns in Colorado. They walked away half a day later with a film roll bustling with information on lost mining towns.
Putting out a call to his Fanclub Dash Drummond, leads the gang to a speak easy in the heart of Wichita. At the speak easy the gang starts to get into its own set of troubles. Dash Drummond finds willing companionship for the night and ditches the others without a word, lady in hand to find a Hotel. Left to their own devices Jacques and Crash proceed to get into trouble by accident. Crash becomes buddy, buddy with a crying girls and proceeds to down enough booze to kill some men. Later on, well after Crash and the girl are shitfaced Jacques hops behind the bar to help with the tap. But things go wrong and he sprays himself and everyone close with beer. At this time the cops bust in with a commissar in tow and it seems his wayward daughter is the one Crash has been all buddy buddy with. They manage to escape, after Crash jumps the bar and her and Jacques electrocute a few people in the process.
Meanwhile,Dash Drummond's evening has been rudely interpreted by three men busting his door down. He manages to talk himself out of a beating, in his underwear. Seeing his night ruined he goes back to the speak easy only to see it under siege by the cops. He makes his way back to the Gallant. When the others arrive they explain to Captain Morgan that maybe the ship should be leaving early, ya know with the law wainting Crash and all. so with a sigh the Zeppelin leaves Wichita in the middle of the night.
