I have set up the CATEGORIES for you, just cut->paste->type in your "House Rules".
With regards to Template 2 .. I don't have a full set of 2E Books .. yet.
Hopefully, I'll be able to gather them all, and then put together Template 2, which is just a more detailed version of Template 1.
