Symbol of war? No, it is not. Not at all.
Now, myself, I do not wear a poppy, simply because they always fall off. So, I carry one in my backpack.
In my humble home, there is the poppy above my door. Other poppies as well.
Looking at 2019, the Trudeau Regime has lost the support of the Royal Canadian Legion: that is my guess.
Now, Justin says that us Canadians do not have a core identity, or, something like that. This is NOT true. Civilian devotion to our Armed Forces is definitely part of core identity as Canadians. 🇨🇦️

In closing, I will never forget that vet who was told that he was "asking for more than we can give". Like an insult to that vet, and, many others who came back home missing limbs. Sorry, I get angry about it, sometimes.
