I have heard stories about Sierra. They are often crazy and the stuff of legends!
My favorite is the origins of Leisure Suit Larry. Basically, they had this one guy working for them (I forgot his name) who was socially-inept and did not drink, so the staff made it a pet-project to get this guy laid and loosen-up, but all the sexual advancements in the world went right over his head. So they made a video game of it.
And yes, still I have some of their old games. They requires a DOSbox and a 4" disk drive to run them, but I still play the ones that I can get up and running.
